In a large pot brown your ground beef over medium high heat. Once browned add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Add seasoning like chili or cayenne powder, salt or paper to taste.
Top this with a scoop of plain Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, avocado, and lime and your ready to enjoy.
