Fat Fudge

This is a perfect treat to start your morning off with. Just keep them in the freezer and when you wake up in the morning pop one and go. This will help to give you sustained energy throughout the day and is a keto-friendly snack.

  • Servings: 12
  • Total Time: 3 Hours


  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 cup grass fed butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp maca
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne



Using a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in the tahini and honey until it is thoroughly mixed together.


Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to whisk until you have a thick chocolate sauce. Pour this mixture into a silicone ice cube tray. Place this in the freezer and allow a couple of hours for this to set. Once firm they are ready to enjoy. These must be kept in the freezer to
