Baked Eggs in Ham Cups

A very easy keto breakfast that requires very little ingredients and very little cleanup. With one batch you will have breakfast for a week.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 eggs
  • 24 slices of ham
  • Chopped scallion

 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400F. Grease the inside of each of the muffin cups with cooking spray. Place two slices of ham inside each cups. Crack an egg into each of the cups. Add scallions to the eggs. Place this in the oven for 15 minutes and then enjoy.
